Contributions run 12 months, held under a binding written agreement, secured by real property you verified yourself.

STEP 3

Get it all back — plus a return

Your full principal is returned per the member agreement, plus your share of the program's earnings. Exact terms are in the contract you sign — and read — before paying anything.
